Well, because it’s one of the most important muscle groups, and it’s the one that I will probably never stop wanting to improve further on my body, I try to do ab work each day, if at least some exercises before bed or before cardio. Fitting in 15 minutes of crunches, bicycles, lemon squeezers, leg lifts, oblique twist crunches, cherry pickers, etc. into your day isĀ easy once you decide to make the effort. And giving those muscles that bonus attention definitely gives you results, not to mention it keeps your head in the game every day, focusing on your goals!
Aside from daily work, I have Ab Days about 2-3 times a week, when I really focus on those muscles solely and go all out. My favorite for ab day is the Captain’s Chair at the gym - I’m always burning after that one.
